Title: Xbox360 account descrepancies

Has anyone been charged for downloads they haven't purchased, they've taken money out of my account 4 times in the last month!. Help or advice appreciated.

A couple of years ago my lads account was hacked, sounds a bit like you might have been.
 I rang them up and found them very helpful, only issue was it took a month or so to get the dosh back, but they credited microsoft points to his account straight away so he could get his username back.
All in all they were very good
