Not sure if anybody can give me any advise.
I have a coompany car, and basically the company want to use it 2 days a week to send other staff out in. That obviously causes inconvience to me (not being able to go out at lunch etc), but to be honest I am not to bothered.
But... it got me thinking, I am paying all the tax on what basically becomes a pool car that i take home. Question being, does it effect the people using the car, ie taxes or should it effect me?
Thing is if the trial goes well, I will probably get a new(er) car out of it.
Any thoughts?

General rule is that even if other staff use the car for 2 days, the fact that you take it home means that, unfortunately, you will be liable for the whole benefit in kind.

You could ask 'em for an extra few quid a week to compensate you for the inconvenience
