Title: Help regarding Lakeside area and its development.

Can anyone on here direct me to any weblinks regarding the development of Doncasters Lakeside area since the mid 80's?

Ive had a quick search online but finding very little.

Im after the usual stuff, info on constuction of the lake, before / after pics etc etc, previous land use, and development right up to modern day.

The lake it the main source of my interest really as its related to work / study I am doing into the general drainage of Doncaster and how the decimation of previous open watercourses, and poor maintenance, has left us more prone to flood risk in recent years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't offer you anything myself, but the council may be a good place to ask. They'll have records on that kind of thing, I'd assume.
