I'm delighted for Steve Brooker. For all his injury agony and months of work, that one moment must have made it all worth while...and such a vital goal too. I for one hope the lad is still here next season

over the moon aswell, really hurt my throat this afternoon...good times.

now what were you all so worried about? im sure i saw filo (apologies if it wasn't) saying he couldn't see where our next point was coming from 4 points ago, haha. ;)

anyway, at least it was interesting, surely you lot aren't all going to tell me you'd rather we were safe half a dozen games ago with us all having to suffer a boring end of season run...;)

I'm not just happy after today's result, but relieved that Rovers status in the Championship for next season has been confirmed.

Good ole Steve Brooker, go out and celebrate....you deserve it!

A huge well done to all the lads today and especially SOD. That was the best team he could have played and they were great.
A big thank you to the announcer for his repeated message to stay off the pitch at the end of the game.
It must have scared the crap out of the ref as he only played 2 minutes of the 3 minutes shown so he could dash down the tunnel.
One moan. Who is that pillock from Radio Sheffield who said Leicester were the better said in the first half?
We had three chances where the ball went straight across the 6 yard box and only needed a touch and it was a goal.
Leicester could have had no complaints had we been in front at half time.
Brilliant result and well done everyone.

I thought we got what we deserved today as we played well having grown in to the game after Leicester came out looking very strong.

Friend and Thomas were excellent. I was surprised just how many good headers Friend won cleanly and he is developing perhaps better than many of us thought he could. Bonus.

Nice to see us playing the ball about a bit and there was a lovely moment when Dumbuya dummied Yakubu and went straight past him. These moments give us a lot of pleasure and I hope we go out at Middlesbrough next week and put on a show.

Happy? Yes. Relieved? Most definitely.

Ecstatic.............more Championship footy to come. I thought we were unlucky not to take all 3 points.
MOM has to be Gillet for me he grabbed the midfield control straight out of Wellens ' hands and SB's goal was superb you just knew it was hitting the back of the net as soon as it touched his boot. :)

I'm ecstatic, glad we're safe before the last game.
A massive well done to all the lads, the management team and the board, especially JR.

Absolutely delighted that we have retained our championship staus. Had we gone down to League one I think it would have benn for a very long time.  Jokingly said when Steve Brooker came on that he would no doubt score the goal which kept us up.  Didn't really think so but as soon as the ball left his foot I was jumping up out of my seat. Well done to Steve, after his injury hell he deserved his moment of glory.

That was a big performance today. Some real character shown. It doesn't excuse what's gone on since the turn of the year; that'll be dealt with during the close season. But for now, let's enjoy the fact that we're not going down and that we could be going to Molineux and Upton Park next season. God knows what we do if/when we get there. Shame we've lost two local derbies...
