If anyone is interested the YW have a huge recruitment drive on at the moment, especially with regards to leakage. They are even asking existing colleagues to recommend those interested  in an attempt to employ via referal.

Job reference No.s 2131 to 2135 specifically.

If you do choose to apply could you mention via the application that I, Dave Batch, have recommended you via YW's referral scheme....I'll make no bones about it, there's £50.00 in it for me...but it is a way of fast tracking suitable applicants.

Plus no, it makes no difference if you have applied and failed before.

I dont work any weekends...ever...but then again Im on a slightly older variation of the contract.

Im contractually obliged to take part in a Standby rota - which is one weekend in five...but I havent been called out on that for well over 18 months.
