Are to Merge with Apollo and form a 1 billion pound regeneration / building empire. Wonder if KM 2 kept shares ( albeit as minor shareholders ), they could be in for a windfall.

I am pretty sure that publically available information would show that they retained no interest in the company as a result of the original MBO.
