Title: Any Plasterers?
Post by: Filo on August 24, 2011, 04:17:59 pm: I`ve got some plaster that looks like it`s coming away from a lath wall, I`m going to try a bodge job because I`m wallpapering over it, but if that does n`t work whats the likely cost, the total wall area is about 8ft x 8ft

Post by: andyst79 on August 25, 2011, 09:05:33 am: A decent tradesman will charge a day rate averaging about £100. Try using gypsum easyfill if your doing it yourself. You mix it with water and it's a cross between plaster and filler and is easy to sand down. You can find it on the plaster isle at b&q.I'm a joiner by trade but If you need a plasterer I know a couple of good ones.
