Anyone know any reason why the directions signs to the Keepmoat are still in the temporary yellow colour and just say stadium?
Yorkshrie wildlife park seems to be on the ball with there new brown signs fixed in place.

There are the odd brown signs for the Stadium on Bawtry Road.
It costs a fortune apparently for the council to put permanent brown signs up, so thats probably the reason.
-
Who would have thought a sign would cost so much eh?

As I work in highways for a non specific local authority (not DMBC anyway) I know a bit about this. Obviously it all depends on how many are required and on which roads they will be located. All in all to get the job done correctly the price shouldn't be out of reach to the football club; but then again is the club in a position to pursue tthis matter when the stadium is not owned by DRFC?

Because the Council is still only temporarily owning the stadium, until they sell it on that is! :silly:

Yeah, stadiums already costing council a fortune. No point adding to their losses with extra expenditure for signage! ;)

No signs will go up or come down without the agreed consent of Mckay.
He's got some really big signs on his books with really big words on and massive direction arrows, that are itching for a decent 'A' Road. Bang them up round Donny and who knows these signs may one day be donning the access roads to York or London

In that case...
