cost us the game? really.. fair enough he should have defended the first goal better, but that was a superb tackle, never a sending off!

Don't be ridiculous...it was a definite red card and a stupid tackle wehen totally unecessary on a player going nowhere.

Just watched the two clips on the Official site of how Copps got his injury & of Beye's sending off.

Copps headed the ball seconds before the opponent came in and missed the ball but nutted Copps instead - deliberate imo. Red card?

Beye went in for, and got, the ball first and you can see the ball moving away as the 2 players crashed into each other. The Bristol player looked like he had studs up too. Yellow for both?

2 wrong decisions by the referee. OK we've now got the benefit of hindsight but for controversial incidents like these, surely it's now time to use the available rapid replay technology for the referees to see before dishing out incorrect red cards?

This would take up very little time, which could be added, and get proper decisions.

5 bookings and 1 sending off in 10 games is not what we need.
