Sounds like potentially a high scoring game, but our midfield really have to step up, attack get it in the net and defenders keep them out... right :coat:

We need a finisher, as much as Hayter is a good player he is never a striker. It would have been 2-2 with billy there.

Another game that is seen quite winnable goes down the shitpan and in my opinion thats game over and season over especially with nothing up front.

Count yourself fortunate that Dickos1 and wellred are at the game, otherwise they'd have been all over that comment!

We'll stop conceding once Beye is back, because dont forget, hes world class.

I make it that James Hayter could/should have had a hattrick already! Need a striker thats for sure!

I really don't understand the Hayter lovers the only reason I can think of is the goal at Wembley a few goals here and there then apart from that hes hopeless.

We dont, what we need is Lamine Diatta on an extended contract, and long drawn out negotiations for a striker with a shocking goals to game ratio!

Chances of us getting an out and out striker of quality in this league are zero. Over the last several years we've had Billy and Heffs, and before that it was Leo.

The thing about Hayter, is hes not a goalscorer. He works very well with one who is though and in my opinion is a valuable player for us to have at away games.

We were starved of a striker for some seasons in the Championship before we got Billy which was very frustrating and no doubt it'll be a long time before we see someone of his ability in the side again.

I've not really got that feeling tbh. It's not like we haven't had chances.

I was always expecting a difficult game, think we got back into it and Hayter should have scored at 2-1. Who knows how it would have changed at 2-2.

It does sound like Hayts is lucky to be on the pitch. I'd have subbed him now.

Questions need to be asked
Why wasnt Bennet playing from the start
Why was woods brought off instead of Oster with the off game he was having
Why was Hayter kept on after he missed the sitters .He is not a target man like Billy but is a first cless support for someone who is.
Why was Bambi(whatever his name is )  the gazelle given a run out when Bambi 2 was sat on the bench to prove his worth
Why cant i have an outdoor swimming pool
Why cant michelle fifer come and sit on my face
Why did God create the universe

Oster had ANOTHER off game? No surprise there then, he's well past it!

I'll send Michelle round to yours after she's finished here with me.

So in that rationale, anyone using a mobile while in the stadium isn't supporting the club?
Did anyone in the stadium actually get behind them tonight? I think we all know the answer to that.
