Title: Xbox live help

Can my lad use his Xbox live & watch sky etc when he is at his grandparents, he takes his Xbox from home but says he can't connect to Xbox live?
Any Xbox boffins come accross anything like this?

Is his grandparents router password locked? I know when Ty got his for xmas we had to put in the security code. Once he had done that it worked all he should do then is access his live account I would think.

Don't take that as gospel tho, I'm not 100% sure it is what is wrong, it's one thing to trry tho.. :)

JB's right - he just has to set up a connection to their router and he's all set.
