Looks like out for rest of season. Tore groin muscle on Saturday.
-
Maybe Plessis will finally get out on to the pitch then? Nah, doubt it.
-
You seen him play like? Think I trust someone who watches him play everyday over someone who doesn't have a clue.
-
I don't think he's even played in behind closed door games either. I don't trust Saunders judgement one bit.
-
I'm becoming fairly certain that you have a Plessis poster on your wall 'donnyroversfc', or perhaps 5 or 6 of them.
If Stock is out for the season then it just about sums him up. He is far too injury prone now but useful for the dozen odd games we can get him playing for a season at full strength. Gillett came on and was capable in his place at the weekend so I don't think it's a disaster if true.
-
I think that is a trifle unfair on Stock. Yes he is injury prone but I don't think Gillett can fill his boots one little bit. Stock is a Rolls Royce player, he has vision and distibution of some Premiership players. Gillett did well to break up the play but he doesn't have the distribution and ability to make us tick.

I think you are talking about a player 2 years ago. He had the same name. Not been the same since.

Somewhat already said by red wizard but Stock has not \"made us tick\" in a long time. He is not the player he once was unfortunately. His constant injuries have shattered him, mentally and physically it seems. He neshes out of nearly every tackle and his passing is erratic at the best of times. He used to be a player with Premier League potential but he is no longer that player.

Paul Walker (Radio Deedar) tweeted that Stock has a 10cm tear in the groin. That sounds like a season-ender to me. :(

Brian Stock is class end of you say that rubbish about injuries name how many players have played more this season??? Dont care what anyone says such a classy player just wished we has more like him out there!!!!
-
Is out for 4-6 weeks according to DS
looks like a season ender inevitably
-
Stocky missed having a Wellens type at the side of him.
-
Stocky actually misses having a team round him

I hope he was n`t in the same class as you! ;)

I think what Stocky has most missed is a couple of vertabrae.

And a Championship pedigree physio. Magic sponge doesn't cut it in this league.

get a plastic one........works wonders believe me!

Actually we might be on to something there.
Let's make Brian Stock Rovers' first wholly bionic man! He surely won't be hesitant in the tackle when he knows he's made almost entirely of titanium!?
