I got stopped from smoking my electric fag last night by a steward.Apparently its against policy which is fair enough but i had checked this out on going in.Anyway got me thinking that in a pub it is legal to smoke these things .However, if the pub insisted i could not smoke would they have to provide me with a smoking pod.If i was to use the regular smoking pod i would be a victim of passive smoking. So would the pub need to build seperate pods if these things catch on.Thoughts anyone ?

seems daft to me it is \"against policy\"? wonder what this \"policy\" actually states? :saywhat:

\"smoking\" electronic fags is not smoking and is perfectly legal
I would ask to see the relevent section of \"policy\" that mentions the electronic ones stuff em complain and before you all ask I stopped 10 years ago

Okay I'm back on my pc as opposed to my phone admittedly this is one of the companys flogging these but
http://www.10motives.com/
as it says 100% legal
I have no doubt the KMS/SMC is bound by law to have a no smoking policy, these electronic fags are not smoking and have been proved to be legal.
Yet again the KMS is as far as I am concerned out of order and this should be taken up with them.
And as I said before I packed up some 10 years ago and I don't flog the electronic ones :)
Oh and this policy does not appear on the KMS website unless its pretty well hidden
so is it hidden in an office somewhere so that only company employees can see and be half educated to so they can
try and baffle the people that pay there wages.
Or will the \"policy\" be very quickly changed to ban something that is legal :woohoo:
