Title: Tommy Spurr out for season...
Post by: Red Rover on March 21, 2012, 08:25:08 pm
Having an op on his hand Saunders said.

Class post match interview...Piguionne has been looking dangerous, Diouf and Chimbonda looking fantastic :suicide: Amazing how he says it about the (lazy) players he brought in

Oh and he brought up that old chestnut of \"players at the club have that mentality of scars from losing that many games before i turned up, and I've gotta change turn that around\"

...He's deluded, hes been saying that for 5 months! :suicide:

Having a go at Sam Hird for poor marking (Not a player he brought in incidentally!)

Well he's gotta make it sound like his and his boyfriends plan is being a success doesn't he?  i doubt he's got the self awareness to realise how stupid it's making him look either!

Dean, stand-up comedy is the job for you, not football management

This thread is just a pathetic bitching session about our manager. Get some bloody backbone!

Absolutely pathetic. Him and his boyfriend? How old actually are you?

You know what, whether you like him or not, Dean Saunders is actually trying to do his best for this club. He wants us to win, unlike donnyroversfc.

We are NOT relegated. We are FOUR points from safety. f**k me what's wrong with everyone?! We've lost two games in a week, not ten. Forest and West Ham were only ten days ago!

So quit your bitching and childish \"boyfriend\" comments, and do something positive for a change.

I'm 20.

He wants us to win? Oh thats fantastic then, DEAN SAUNDERS IN, cos he WANTS to win!! :woohoo:

The 'pathetic' thing is not my comments, its Dean Saunders comments in the post-match interview. He'll say anything to try and deflect the blame from him and his boyfriend.

D.S. is losing the plot, Piquionne in the 4 matches he's played for us, he has only had two shots on target, the goal against forest and a header against Derby, his first touch is dire, he couldn't trap a bag of cement.

He was lucky that he bagged on his debut coz the fans would be going mental at him now if he didnt. He literally did nothing against Derby or Millwall.:welcome:

You`ve not listened to the interview properly, he was referring to the 3 games prior to the Derby game and commenting on how well we`d played before dishing up the shite against Derby and Millwall. But then again you and donnyroversfc have an agenda to peddle have n`t you, so factual analysis of the interview does n`t come into it does it?

Out for the season... shame when you consider that his last game against Millwaw could possibly have been his last in a Rovers Shirt!!

I hope we can keep hold of him next year but I seriously doubt it!!

He's right though. Keogh made a fairly basic run to the near post, and it left Sam Hird for dead. Very poor marking.

Why can't you just accept it as a pretty accurate observation, rather than a personal attack on your favourite players? Saunders has given high praise to the likes of Coppinger, Spurr and Barnes in recent weeks - he didn't sign them either.

He also praised Sam when he came back into the Team playing alongside Beye, but Red Rover fails to mention that because it does n`t fit his agenda!
