I've not been very well so I only just got mine today :woot:
Does anyone know how many have been sold so far?
:rtid:
-
I got 2 yesterday but don't think they have sold that many. Saw on DROS that the 1500 ticket was only sold this week.
-
also got mine today , not much of a queue at 5 pm

We've sold over 1500.
I'm getting mine in July.
-
Renewed mine today :)
-
Renewed the other day.
20% was a bit dear for installments so I just paid upfront.
-
Bought mine this afternoon. They told me they had sold over 2,000

Perhaps the decline might not be too bad after all.. does anyone have figures from this time last year?
-

I don't have the figures but I imagine the two would be familiar.
However the 'early bird' deadline has now passed which means the current price will not change whereas last year would I be correct in saying there were 2 deadlines?
It always baffles me how we always seem to sell more after the deadline has passed, people would rather wait than saving money. That said however the amount of money someone saves by no games between May-July probably makes a season ticket seem more affordable to people than in the middle of March...

i believe the figure just before 6 o clock tonight was 2142, but still a good few getting them still in the ticket office, with 1 hour to go
..........................
and remember kids prices dont go up so there should be a few of them to bolster the numbers up.....

As of 27th April 2011 we had sold 2869 season tickets...

The totals are going to be much closer than I thought they would be then

Why is everyone fussing the ST sales will hold up well, we have an established core of support now and they will attend games as well as buy ST's.
Despite our drop in form over the last 18 months , I don't spot a radical decline in attendances all things considered.
YOU WON'T BE THE ONLY ONE SAT IN THE KM NEXT SEASON OK . These truly are pointless threads and I've just given myself a slap for joining in. ;)

I wonder if they're going to put it on the KM site like they did last season. I asked about it in the ticket office when I renewed mine and the woman serving me said she thought the reason they hadn't done it was because they were waiting for the 1500th ST sale free prize to be won, but that's gone now...

I'm bemused , why is this such an important subject for certain individuals ? Is it only me that doesn't really care how many we sell as long as the product is available , some folk appear to have a w**kfest over this subject or resort to predicting future calamities because of it. Analysis of why this and what is the club doing about it etc. bores me to the back teeth.
Btw anyone got a new update on sales ? :)
-
Simply put it's not massively important, it's just something I like to track. Just to see what the trend is. I've also kept a record of all of the pricing structure throughout the season to see how much of a benefit a ST is when stacked up against match-by-match offers etc. I'm not going to sit and \"have a w**kfest over the subject\" or \"resort to predicting future calamities because of it\". I just happen to think it's an interesting talking point. I'm sure there are plenty of things you are interested in that would bore me senseless too, but hey, we all like what we like. If we were all the same the world would be very dull.

Also renewed mine just before early bird deadline :scarf: , and yes it is a interesting topic to me also.
Hows it go ? if you dont like the topic , then dont contribute to it :headbang:

Thanks for that Hoolahoop
I asked because I thought new rules were coming in where a club couldn't spend more than their income ie to stop wealthy owners giving clubs an unfair advantage. That would then make how many STs we sell even more important than previous years.
Also the way some on here moan and the fact we might (probably) be relegated, I was concerned ST sales would drop, so hence the need to ask.
I know I won't be the only one sat in the KM next year cause Keepmoatman will be sat next to me. He'd be glad though if the 2 men next to him didn't renew :woot:
I'll put 'Pointless' in my next topic title and then you don't even need to read it, save yourself some time.

ST sales reached 2200 at the close of play. 5 from our gang renewed just before close.
I don't know if that included the postal ones or fax ones, so it may be higher.
It would be double nice if we could hit a core fan base of 5000 in L1
