Good luck to all those bearing the torch as it passes through the Borough today

Especially to Ben, wish I could stand at the roadside an applaud you young man but work means I can't. An impsiration to all for defying the odds and showing that everyone can overcome anything if they really want to.

Was stood on South Parade earlier to watch Ben carry the torch and what a touching moment it was! A brilliant turn out for the torch and Well done Ben, you really are an inspiration to us all.

Well done Ben and what a tribute to himself and all our fallen hero`s and a massive two fingers to the Taliban, you may have broken his body, but you`ll never break his spirit!
