For the past few weeks I haven't been able to watch youtube, that includes links in the papers, and on here. It says I need a browser that supports hdml5..
I'm on internet explorer, I DON'T want google chrome, I don't like google personally, so what is the best thing to do?
I can't even see the Status Quo clip on here.. :crying: (any chance to ogle Francis Rossi when he was young is very appreciated)

are you on the latest version of IE?
Firefox is a good alternative to Chrome, if you don't want Chrome but have no option but to leave IE.

You'd prefer to use a Microsoft product than a Google one? Jesus wept.
Anyway, sounds like you're still on the monstrosity that is Internet Explorer 6. Upgrade it to IE8 or install Firefox/Chrome and you should be able to view rubbish pop music from the 70/80s to your hearts content!

Laptop was new at xmas, I'm on ie 9.0 aparently so lord knows whats happened.
With google it's just personal preference, just something about it I don't like. I have a slight ocd tendency to want things unchanged as much as possible. Not reasonable, but I can't help it.. don't just want it for the dodgy old vids, I watch anything from cute cats to the ones that most people cant resist..spotty americans..lol..
If I have to I think I would rather go for firefox, boy but I hate change tho. :(

I can't believe anyone still uses IE at all, it's just a total nightmare. Chrome and Firefox far exceed it in pretty much every week, would definitely recommend an upgrade to a better browser.

Chrome all the way!
