Just bumped into Pauline Fowler in the Rub-a-Dub launderette on Copley Road.
She said she were looking for a new challenge, and she'd always been a fan of Donny men's Solomons as a kid, so she jumped at the chance to work her magic on the stubborn stains of the undercrackies of DN1. Kissed her pinny and said that she's found her spiritual home. Legend, ah tell thi.
She's still a fine looking woman by the way. I would an all, but only if she soaped herself up with Fairy Non-Bio and brought Mrs Slocombe along to watch.
