Has anyone ever seen a lad hanging round train station, tesco or tunnel near bus station approaching asking for train fare or something, early 20s dark hair id say

Last night he wanted me to give him two tens for a 20 and asked me again after i came out of tesco

Anyone know who it is

Thats what i thought mate

Either swap 20 for two 10's or try and rob you when you put your card in a machine
