Title: Criteria for the new manager

JR mentioned they'd got a points system in order to whittle down the applicants. What do we reckon?

Age 40-60?
Managed in League One or higher?
Has had relative success at his current/former club?
Play good attractive football?
Can work within a budget?

Any more?

Already mentioned by the board but also one i'd deem important is the interest in Youth players and their development into 1st team players
