Hi
If anyone is in the Kirk Sandal area, can they keep an eye out for a lost cat. It is a big British Blue male cat, went missing yesterday around the back of the Glass House estate and has not been seen since.
His name is Louis and is wearing a collar with a tag on it.
If people could keep an eye out or have any info' and could let me know then it would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Oh no, I hope you find him, it worries the live out of you when they don't come home doesn't it. I panic if mine don't appear after two calls..
-
It's a house cat and has somehow escaped so not used to outdoors... especially this weather.
fingers crossed!

My house cat not supposed to go outside escaped a couple of years ago. A few months later and we had kittens!
Fortune!

Poor little boy.. I lost my Anabel years ago.. called and called for two days.. was devestated then got up a couple of days later, looked out of the window and there she was.. Oh I cried..lol.. she wouldn't set paw out of the house for a week after that, I recon she had got into a shed and got stuck.. She is still megga clingy now..
I'm always to scared to go looking incase I find if you see what I mean.. :(

Hush sweetpea, you're sounding like Mrs Slocombe........'as anybody seen my pussy'
-
 lol..

One of ours disappeared for a whole year. Thought we'd seen the last of her, then she wanders through the back door like she's never been away.
-
And isn't the relief incredible Rob..Mine are getting older now so don't venture as far as they used to thank god. I love my babies..

Well, still no sign. Hopefully he's found a warm place until it warms up a bit, mother-in-law beside herself but they are instinctive survivors.
Not nice though
-
Have you contacted the vets and pdsa in your area? sometimes cats get handed in.. I really feel for her, the not knowing is awful.
-
Not yet, he's collared up, and chipped too, but I'll advise to ring in morning. Hoping he just appears in the morning though
-
He'll be home when he's hungry, pal.
We've had a couple of cats over the years just decide to come live with us, so he may have decided he fancies a change of scenery. They are a bit like that, you know. No bloody loyalty.
;)

Been looking all day hoping he has been found, any news yet JD?
-
Just to say he wondered back in this morning casual strolling in as nothing has happend. Think he's got into a fight with another moggy, but nowt serious.
-
Oh thank gosh. I'm so glad he's back.. Bet he got hugged and scolded in equal measure little bugger.. :)

Good news, JD. We've got the mog from 2 doors down trying to get through our catflap now. Our 2 are taking turns to man the frontline and crack it over the head when it tries to get in. It's like the Cypriot Green Line in our kitchen.
