Title: ticket office frustrations...

After ringing on the dot at 9 this morn, then re trying for 30 mins, I finally left a message . I got a call back 2 hrs later while driving and missed it. So back to square one..  luckily I got thru I rang back...  my point being is that why have the taken the option of waiting in the queue away?  The ring back is fine if its shortly after your call , but hrs  later?  When tickets are scarce I can see this causing a few issues...

I've been to the ticket office today and so as my bro in law later. It's been steady and fairly busy inside......I think I prefer that to be honest, as it means they're selling tickets (I appreciate you are also trying to buy, but it's a good sign). It looks like we will get a good crowd tomorrow and certainly against The Scabs

Dontget me wrong, I think its fantastic that its busy , the more the merrier. But it cant be time efficient to call everybody back surely..  just have the old queueing system as well as the callback option..
