At last he has spoken. Says he's been away on an FA course (and been on the phone quite a lot!)

Encouraged to hear he wants to being the players back early for pre-season as he wants then to be as fit as possible for the first game and give more time for new players to integrate.

Didn't say that much really on signings. We'll throw some names at him tomorrow night.
