Tried to think about other matters DRFC that don't involve takeovers or player negotiations...

Maybe has been done before, but what is the best reception you've seen given to an ex-player?

I'll start with the genuine expression of support given to Greeny during the warm up at our season opener at Derby in 2008/9.

Penney bringing his Darlo side back must be quite high up there - even he had to run off down the tunnel before he started blubbing!

Andy Warrington, away at Rotherham per season friendly.
I seem to remember Paul green getting a very mixed reception.

Billy sharp got a rather good reception.. Apart from that adeboyer!

Alan Little at Halifax in the 80s.
It went on for so long that he looked a bit embarrassed in the end. :scarf:
