I wasn't at the Bradford game so I didn't see just how well this formation worked, in principle it makes sense though as the 4231 would just become 352 when the opposition are in possession or playing wide. Having the 3 attacking midfielders is good providing that the 2 holding midfielders can get stuck in and make a tackle, Keagan and Furman can surely do that so it stands a chance.

Would have Wellens partnering Furman if funds were available. If we could sign only one more player, budget permitting, it would be Wellens for me.

I think similar, but swap Cotts & Cops. Also drop Turnball in favour of Turnbull, as he is a goalie.
