Title: Bloody Van!!
Post by: jonnydog on August 13, 2013, 11:47:10 pm
Outside the front of my house is a green owned by the council.

Over the last few weeks an open-back van had been parking on it even though the owner(s) don't live on the street - they may live on the adjoining street. It can be parked there several days then move and come back for another several days.

Nosey neighbour (who is twinned with the guy with the hosepipe on Rita, Sue & Bob too) has said the tax ran out about a month ago and is effectively being dumped there but used for short runs.

It causes some parking issues and I wondered whether anyone knows best route of getting it shifted. As it is effectively being left/dumped on council land, is it a Donny council issue, a Hatfield Council issue, or because there's no tax on it is it a police matter?

... Why people can't just park outside their house/on their drive really gets up my fkin bum!!

Pretty sure road tax is not a police matter, you could ask for parking department at council and report it
