Next June 21st at the First direct arena in Leeds..
The Osmonds, Bay City Rovers, David Essex and Showaddywaddy....
If you are between 45 and say 58 I would say this is a chance for a guaranteed shagathon.. and endless brownie points... ;)

Well, I kinda thought that the conversation would go something like this..
Look at this love, how do you and your..sister/cousin/bestie want to go see your youthful heart throbs....I'll treat you, no don't mind me I'm sure I'll be ok one evening with out you my little sunshine...lol

Bay City Rovers ?.......who are they ? (in a wierd Milky Scouse accent)
-
OMG lol, I didn't even notice I'd put that... talk about first thing that came to mind..durr

The last time I saw Showaddywaddy i was 18 years old. Showaddywaddy were in their twenties. I'm now in my 50's, and Showaddywaddy are.........In their twenties! (well apart from about two of the originals who are hanging on in there.
As far as I know there are TWO Bay City Rollers bands. The band split amicably into two when they each picked one of the three guitar chords out of a hat, and shared the other one.
I'm not even sure David Essex is now the original David Essex. Before he was a young, good looking bloke with long black hair. The new one is an old, ugly bald bugger.

bay city Rollers! One of my more moronic school pals bought their album cos he thought they were ARD!.
We had a ceremonial burning of said album on November the 5th

I had album bought for me for passing my 11 plus

Well, this is the not half as pretty as he once was, Les McGowan's Rollers..
Sadly time does change things, Dave Bartram is now managing not fronting Showaddywaddy,
I doubt if Donny will be there with his brothers.. But once over the shock of David Essex being grey and showing his age he still has that twinkle in his pretty blue eyes..
Ahh, Donny, Dave, Les and David, they all lived on my bedroom wall thanks to Look-in..
