As title. I live in scarborough and they show all the other Yorkshire teams but never Rovers. Any idea why?
-
Be fair, after they've shown Leeds highlights and interviewed every obscure sportsman with some tenuous link to that great city, there's no time for anything else.
-
I live in Doncaster but because of the position our house is on a hill I can only receive TV from Belmont.
I'm stuck with BBC Look North that only features Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. It only shows Football highlights of Lincoln City, Scunny and Hull.
Think yourself lucky!
-
Lucky for being able to watch Barnsley Rotherham and Leeds but no Donny? Have a word with your self old chap!
-
It's a fair point Boro. At least you get the local news from Yorkshire and not places like Boston and even as far afield as Stamford.
-
by the sounds of it, youd be waiting a long time to see any ''Highlights'' from the reading game!
-
down here is se lincs we call it "look hull"
cos its all they ever bloddy talk about.
I mean - its hull - who cares?

Normal rules. That's the price we exiles who moved to Lincolnshire to teach these heathens the way of proper football. RTID
-
If you have digital tv surely you can see any of the look North programmes? By default we have the North Lincs version here in the Isle, but by re-numbering the channels I can replace that with the yorkshire version.

Unfortunately our attempts to return the favour by teaching you grammar appear to be failing tho, eh, Lincoln!

Good spot. Wilts serves me right 😜😜😜

Aren't we all on digital signals now? RD is right, I live in Armthorpe and although in ideal weather conditions can pick up three versions of Look North, the Lincloln signal is the strongest and the only one I can pick up at times.

Yes we are, which is the point I'm making. There is no 'different' strengths on digital, you either have it or you don't. And if you don't then you can always add it.

I watch Look North Yorkshire in Oxfordshire. I can also watch Calendar.
Drives the misses mad, who thinks she is watching the local news.
