Does anyone else watch this nugget of tv. Yes it does grip you inappropriately like an unwelcome uncle and like the unwelcome uncle does have a disappointing end ;) but anyway. Sam Waterson does remind me of JR

Cracking program very American but it's got that bite at the end of every episode, brilliant. Even though the guardian says it disappoints.

I thought the first series was better, much more focused on the news of the day and topical. That said, I think the writing is top class.
