The only reason I ask, is that last week or the week before, someone posted on here that he'd gone back because we had to start paying more of his wages once he'd played so many games or scored so many goals or something or other.
Maybe someone ITK can state this is all cobblers. It seems a bit strange that we've not seen him for over five weeks and he was only going to be out for 'a couple of weeks'. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be any mention of him coming back recently
-
I believe that he went back to MUFC due to injury and to receive treatment for this injury.
-
Ah the old Frost conspiracy bandwagon starts a rollin again. Why don't you ask the poster who put the wages post up, they must be in the know posting that?
Additionally there has been no mention of him returning to training from his hamstring injury. It takes as long as it takes to heal.
There has been no mention of him coming back recently!!!! Were you away last week?

No conspiracy theory at all.
I am well aware that he had reportedly gone back due to a hamstring injury for which he was going to be out for 'a couple of weeks'. That was over 5 weeks ago.
And with regards to conspiracy theories, I don't think the first person who posted this was accused of conspiracy

And I hadn't seen that report so thanks for bringing it to my attention. Hopefully he will come back then

With the loan window closing at the end of November PD must make sure Macheda will be fit enough to play till January.
We can only play two more loan players in the side, so the right choice will be important.
If RJ is injured we may need another centre half as well.
The problem with either Macheda or another loanee is that after Saturday it's two weeks without game, therefore paying wages no games maybe the club do not want to do that. There fore loanees may not be brought in until the middle of second week?
-
Where do you get over 5 weeks from anyway? He played for us against Leicester on the 5th October. Bit daft making stuff up to make your argument look better
-
Ok, just over 4 weeks ago
-
It was also on RS in the pre-match build u on Saturday that Macheda wasn't quite ready yet, but that PD would be putting in a "cheeky" call to David Moyes...
-
Living in Scarbados I fortunately don't listen to Radio Sheffield. Why would it be a 'cheeky' call if we've already had him once? I would have thought it would be mutually beneficial to both clubs. He's not going to get a look in at Man U and there's no doubt, in my opinion, we need him back desperately
-
Maybe cause, bigger and better clubs are interested
-
You may be right Dickos.
I didn't think he played that great when he was with us, but he knows where the back of the net is, which unfortunately is sadly lacking at the moment.
No doubt the more games he played the better he would get, and as he's been with us once already it would be nice to think he WANTS to come back.

PD used the word "cheeky"...

Yeah, got that mate. It just seemed a strange term to use when we've already had him once.
It would be 'cheeky' if he was phoning Moyes up asking him if we could have Rooney on loan! :-)
-
I think there is every chance of Macheda coming back, when fit. Unless an overseas top division club takes him...
-
We definitely need Macheda or another, but we do need him to be fit to get any benefit from him being with us,so i can understand the club waiting a bit, whether Jones is fit or not i think centre half is one of the positions that needs strengthening,as well as just in front of the back four,if we can't get a centre back in,when Jones is fit,i'd be tempted to play with three centre backs to give a bit more solidity.
