Haven't they had something ridiculous like 7 managers in 3 years!?

Why on earth are they looking to appoint a bloke with no managerial experience!? Why not go for someone with a decent CV and excellent post-match interviews like Dean Saunders?

Pre match analysis and Post match interviews by Deano are almost legendary.

He looks the part, until he has to speak and then it reminds me of Dory (Finding Nemo) trying to speak Whale. His TV skills on Sky these days are severely pushing Rory Mcllroy's Santander skits for the '2 by 4 Plank' awards.
