Something about a local derby so form counts for nothing. Knows "what it means" to the fans.
Knows all the Barnsley staff very well from his days at Leicester/Oldham/Man City/Blackburn/Leeds/Derby/Palace/Blackpool....
Had them "watched" and they're a good team, but we'll be going there looking to take home three points and the bragging rights.
Players have worked hard all week.
Looking to put the bad results behind us, we've learnt from our mistakes.
And mistakes are what you can't make in this division, because you WILL get punished.
And this division is so open, anyone can beat anyone.
And that's the beauty of it.
One or two irons in the fire, but no ins or outs to report.
