Now Jr's gone. With Jr Dickov was guaranteed at least 2 seasons even if we got relegated. Don't know who'll be making the decisions from now on but they will be less lenient with Dickov

Didn't the selection process go through the triumvirate and the CEO. ? I think so and the process just like the selection of our excellent CEO is part of the new professional approach at the club which should not change . We have lost John's passion but we still have a very professional team and a solid financial base.
I feel sad for John personally though I am sure he needs no sympathy but feel he has left a very sound club to his successors.

John still owns the same share of the club and the same people that appointed him are still around...
