Fair enough didn't know that! Still, well done to Stevenage wanted it more than us and have got their rewards.

Would have been same number but wouldn't have been a sell out anyway, well not in home end and fans would have been moaning paying £23 a ticket aswell

£90,000 to the winner plus half the gate, etc..! Good luck Stevenage!

The winner takes it all

The winner takes it all

The winner certainly takes the whole of the £90k prize money, but I am sure that in the FA Cup, rather than the League, 50% of match income (i.e. gate money) less expenses and FA percentage, goes to each club. Similarly for replays. In league games home clubs take the lot. It's been like this since the formation of the Premiership............I think!

From the fourth found onwards the ball numbers allocated are the draw numbers from the previous round so Doncaster V Stevenage was the 10th tie drawn out in the third round so the winner would be ball 10 in the 4th round.

Fair play Stevenage worked really hard wanted it more earned themselves a good tie

We would've got Everton, the ball numbers are determined by match number from last round so it would've been the same. Dream tie for me and we would've played them if we'd got past Villa a few years ago as well, only at Goodison. One day it'll happen for me...

Better for us to have a weekend off and get some players back to full fitness

Sorry if this reads as 'we can now concentrate on the league'

We don't have a weekend off. Matches are scheduled for 4th round day (25th January), and we are scheduled to play Blackpool away, who were also knocked out of the cup.

They'll be no weekend off we have a league match at Bloomfield Road that weekend. If the club are looking at sustainability then throwing away cash that would have been generated from winning yesterdays tie is not an option and comforting ourselves in the knowledge of been able to concentrate on the league is papering over the cracks. Yesterdays lack of application by so many players was unforgiveable and the draw this afternoon has underlined just how much they let down the club, the fans and the manager.

Very true. At least Paul Quinn had the guts to apologise publicly.

If your day was as bad as some of our lads had yesterday you probably would be told not to come back!

Fair play to him. Not only did he give away the first goal but he lost his man for the second. He does look as though he cares though, unlike some.
