For a little bit of Political Balance:

You won't get much political balance on this forum. I do my best, but the vast majority of posters are from the hard left. Arthur Scargill is as dodgy as they come and always has been. All you lefties out there should realise that if Maggie hadn't 'sorted' him out he'd have totally ruined the country. He's been lining his pocket at the expense of the miners ever since he became president.

I know it will be hard to convince some that he was involved with any dodgy dealings a bit like voting for anyone other than a Labour monkey in the elections.
I have amended your link also as it was not working

Thank you. The ones that think he isn't dodgy would be the same ones that would vote a monkey into parliament if it was the Labour candidate.
-
Well there were 303 monkeys voted into parliament in 2010.
-
That figure should be 256.

As a former miner I can see both sides
Scargill started off right but it's obvious he like a lot of people given power lined his own
From a personal point of view the closure of Markham Main made me look further afield, I've not done too bad

Guess I'm so far left I've gone all the way round to far right

I'll bet your health and life expectancy are better today as well thanks to Maggie.
