Can't see anything changing to be honest.

It should, there's nothing to lose.

It should, there's nothing to lose.

Another game added to the ban if the appeal fails and the FA deem the appeal frivilous

Absolutely no chance of winning any appeal.

I watched the highlights, and whilst it wasn't serious, and perhaps not a red card, it was aggressive conduct so there's no chance it will be overturned.
It seems like Gordon Greer and Billy Sharp have some history, and I suppose Greer won the mental battle on this occasion?

I did not know that. I know that in Romania, Germany and other countries, if a club appeal against a red card the worst things that can happen is that the card remains, no extra game added.

Yes, but in those countries, their FAs have something called common sense, which is merely a dream here in the so-called "home of football".

Every FA have their rules. I think that your FA is the richest FA in the world but as i read here and o internet, they have some issues with other things.

It's one of those..you could argue all day long but the intent was there which makes it rather unlikely they will cancel it....Really annoyed with Sharp more than the fa and officials...He gave them the descision to make and whilst he was frustrated,he has cost us very dear indeed.....
I hoped he watched the Man Utd match yesterday where the Fulham players hardly got a kick all game but they didn't get frustrated and when there chance arrived out of nothing in the last minute they took it...Its easy to say we need to go and sign a loan striker quickly and maybe we will but the club no doubt used a lot of the budget to get him in and theres probably not a lot left to spend on anything else..

I hope it snows that bad that the next 3 games get called off 😂👍

Wonder if this tweet means there will be no appeal?
He obviously knows how important 2 of these games are and wants to miss 3 different games so he can play against Barnsley and Yeovil when they are re-arranged

can the red be down graded to a yellow or is it all or nothing

It can't be downgraded. It needs to be either overturned altogether or we can argue that the three-match ban is excessive for the offence and try to get that reduced to one game only.

I'm guessing that after the emotions died down and they looked at it from a reality point of view they have decided to just accept it..I'm sure we would have heard by now otherwise....
