Title: This Saturday, a nice walk, free car parking and a cup of tea at the Keepmoat!
Post by: silent majority on February 11, 2014, 06:40:56 pm
As part of the WalkBoost campaign we are offering FREE match parking for Rovers fans!

Whether it’s to boost your fitness, health, bank balance, or as an environmental choice, walking could be one of the best decisions you ever make.

To access this great opportunity come along to the Council House car park on College Road from 12pm on Saturday 15th February for the South Yorkshire derby against Barnsley.

On the day simply collect your parking permit from one of our on-hand WalkBoost ambassadors, display it and park free until 6pm.
You will also be issued with a map highlighting the route from the car park to the Keepmoat and a voucher for a FREE cup of tea or coffee on arrival to the stadium.

If you want more information about the WalkBoost scheme  and walks in your local area please feel free to contact us via e-mail at matthew.mcglone@doncaster.gov.uk or call 01302 735555. Alternatively you can follow us on Twitter at @WalkCycleinDN.

I'm not sure. This is a partnership between DRFC Community Sports And Education foundation team and DMBC in promoting walking as a healthy lifestyle choice, otherwise known as Walkboost. We, the VSC, are doing our little bit in promoting this and assisting the Rovers achieve that. In that regard it's aimed at Rovers supporters but I sure they wouldn't turn anybody away.
