Tempted to go to Isle of Man TT.
The airport needed some new flights, only a small plane but a step in right direction.

Very apt term if going to Belfast floats your boat.
Sunday, Monday, Happy Days,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Happy Days,
Thursday, Friday, Happy Days,
Saturday. No flight today.
No Belfast trip for yoooooooouuuuu.

What they need is a shuttle flight to Schipol, get there and you can go wherever you like.
I was told in the past there used to be a small shuttle service that went from Liverpool, stopped off at Donny (on the grass behind BV) before leaving for the Netherlands. Reinstating that route wouldn't be a bad idea.

I did the Schipol flight in 06 RD, to go to the World Cup in Germany. Brilliant service. Even with the time zone change, we were on a Dutch soil by 08:30. I guess the recession killed off the demand.

I'm not sure there'd be enough grass to land on behind BV now ;)

I go to Schipol regularly for weekends. Go Fri morning, new Eredivisie grounds Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and the evening flight home with plenty of beers thrown in inbetween games. Was spot on. Unfortunately best option now is to go from Stansted which is a real ball ache.
