RMT union leader Bob Crow has died. I thought he was fantastic. RIP
-
Only 52. Deary me.
-
That was sudden. Only the other day I heard him on the radio talking about MPs salaries.
Can't say I was a fan, but my sympathies go to his family.

Mmmm... speaking as a 52-year old in not the best of health it does remind you of your mortality.
-
So very sad, 52 is no age at all. He will be sadly missed by many people.

A man who on the death of our longest serving Prime Minister said something more than unsavory.
I won't stoop to his level however and my thoughts go out to his family.

Sir Robert Walpole? He died in 1742. What on earth did Crow say 250+ years on?
-
My thoughts are with his family. I may have vehemently disagreed with nearly everything he said but I do believe he genuinely had the best interests of his members at heart.
-
He was brilliant at his job.
-
He'll be missed.

I reckon he was in the pockets of network rail chiefs, sold us down the river.

I don't think the RMT give a toss about any of it's members in the privatised Rail industry , specially those up North .
I stopped my £4+ a week subscription a few years ago when they failed to back our pay claim ,which was an accept this or get nothing offer .
