Sad news today. A very courageous young man and an inspiration to us all  :(

Definitely. A real guy trying to be positive despite sadness. Big shame and a lot can learn from him.

I, like many others, have had cancer. Whilst my cancer is gone, I've have had to endure all kinds of awful stuff since diagnosis in 1996, and due to the nature of what had to be done to fix me will continue to do so in years to come. Obviously, I never had a terminal diagnosis but still struggled massively both mentally and physically. The courage and dignity Stephen showed and his amazing positive attitude in the face of a terminal condition, right up until the end, makes me feel truly humbled. Embarrassed even.

RIP Stephen. A true hero.
