will any of our experienced championship players be tempted to go to Rotherham , and who would they properly want to try and take
-
What so they can help them get relegated as well
-
Meite, Turnbull, Johnstone, who knows. I think they need some additions and a bit of experience but I do like their style.
-
Try Wellens Copps Cotts
-
We could make the same argument about any side in the championship - the only difference is Rotherham are local. Then again so are Sheff Weds and Leeds, and Hudds, Forest and Derby not too far away. If they go, they go - it matters not where to??
Let's be concerned with who we can retain or sign ourselves - not where any player we may lose will go.
-
Anybody thinking of doing a runner to Rotherham will be getting on a merry go round as we'll be swapping places again next May.
-
Got to admit they have got promoted in style, with attacking football, maybe we could loan some of the players we can't afford in this division, and offer them new contracts if we got back up.
-
Showing an interest in Paul Green already!!!
-
Respect to Rovrum ( yes it sticks in my throat too! ), however they have won it with style and balls and good luck to them next season......they will need it in Premiership Div.2
Never was there a more uneven field.
-
I had a feeling they'd do it. Good on em, they've had their fair share of rough times. The standard of football today makes you realise we were a cut above when we went up in 2008 and of late, we've been well short of that standard.
-
Seems we are doomed not to play them competitively for at least yet another season.
Damn I was looking forward to that fixture too :(
-
Will they eck. Do they really want players who couldn't stick it in the championship?!
-
One thing I want to know his if we got up next season are we still going to sign the same players that have failed us once or twice in the championship before
-
Not convinced that Rotherham will struggle next season. They have young pacey side and that alone will help them in the championship. Need some more experience but I'm sure they have the cash to bolster the team.
-
As much as it pains me to say it I fancy Rotherham will be hanging around in the Champ for a few seasons much like we did under SOD.
-
Last time they were in that division they stayed 5 or 6 seasons didn't they?

Fingers crossed they might take our 'experienced' manager.

remind me where you sit in the stadium, want to be as far away as possible with an attitude like that. First time something goes wrong and you will be baying for blood

They are set up for a decent stay in the Championship, hurts to say it but Evans is a good manager, not sure about the Mourinho attempted sprint down the touchline though
They have quite a few young players, bits of experience,a new ground and the novelty of being back in that division, they remind me of us when we first went up in some ways.
They will surprise a few and will probably get crowds similar to us when we first went up,they have done well especially when they lost the old stadium, they didn't know it but it did them a favour, they have got stronger.
