Dave, its in just about every local rag, including Scunny telegraph. But I was pointing out its in "Other" national papers too, including "Mail" and "Independent".

Yes but like every other paper in the country it's the same.. There is also no proof at the minute that what they have reported today is false. So until the club make a comment there's no reason for folk not to believe it. But like I say be more clear when and if the club make a statement.

We don't need sniping at each other it's just pathetic in my opinion and that goes for everyone. It's my opinion that's all. I'd like to think we've all moved on from last summer a little.

The trouble with your opinion BFYP is that you tend to impose it on everyone else by locking threads that you no longer see the merits of. Perhaps you could do as BST suggested to me and just stop reading threads you don't like?

I can assure you that threads descending into people bitching at each other and trying to get a rise won't be tollerated over the summer (or any other time!) and if people don't like that, well there are other platforms they can use to vent.

It is OK to disagree, and to disagree strongly, but it is tedious to plough through the threads where the usual suspects are having a go at each other, to find the pertinent points.

Exactly, there's no conspiracies, no issues, let's just stick to debate, all of us, forum users, moderators, VSC members, none whatever. We can all manage it, we ain't children, let's not go round in circles like last year.

My opinion, for what it's worth, is if people are sniping at each other, warn them. Don't lock a thread where other posters are still contributing.

Welcome to the VSC. Sorry, its not the VSC, its merely a forum moderated by the VSC, but with the VSC's narrow-minded opinions, interests and users at heart.
Out of interest, has anyone on here ever used a forum on the internet before? Getting to grips with 'difference of opinion' and criticism can be a really great way to expand your mindset and provide for an interesting platform for debate....
