0 - 6 Rovers. Theo with 3 goals in both halves. And then Copps to score in injury time. 0 - 7.

Tyson's not even on the bench! Seems odd, he's had a decent scoring record.

Rovers player bingo.

When will it first go down?

a) before kick-off
b) 0-10 mins
c) When Biltcliffe knocks the cord out after a goal
d) half time biscuits block the system
e) it will never work
f) injury time

By all means complain about the player service, but let's not let this descend into a diatribe against DRFC, surely the service provider is at fault?

However, I am more interested in what is happening on the pitch - that is if anyone can tell??

Idm it is no way the servers fault most of the time,it happens mainly Everytime something exciting happens and the other teams works most of the time it's all very defending the club but this is a joke now,if you bought a tv and most of the time it didn't work you would get a full refund

bpool all I am saying is I dunno where the problem lies, but the club has made statements about player on the OS.

And I agree with Filo, it clearly isn't good enough - regardless of where the fault lies.

I won't buy into it whilst it is so poor.

Oldham 0-0 Doncaster

Posted at 15:41

Oldham had been on the backfoot in their all League One encounter with Doncaster but the hosts have just had a couple of chances of their own. First Jonathan Forte has his volley saved by the Sam Johnstone and, at the second attempt, Jabo Ibehre smashed over from eight yards

So, 7th April 1947, a crowd of 16,621 at Boundary Park
Lambton
Corbett, Woodbridge
Stirland, Bycroft, McFarlane
Kirkcaldie, Owens, Jordan, Todd, Maddison

Can Rovers get back on track after only drawing last week after 10 wins in a row?

It was in the stars - now to go and win the league!

Funnily enough, I missed that we did beat Oldham in the cup away that same record breaking season, 2-1 in the 2nd round in front of 25,036. Went out to Plymouth in the 3rd round 2-3, at home with a 24,129 crowd.

Stat of the day: this is only the fourth time that Rover shave reached the third round of both the FA Cup and League Cup in the same season - the others being 1964-5, 2005-6 and 2006-7

Your stats always make me stand to attention. ;)

Fighting amongst themselves at half time and fighting with the stewards towards the end of the game. Standard.

What on earth are a section of our supporters trying to do to the name of our club-are they interested in the football or do they just go to get drunk and cause trouble ?

I think there's a dodgey valve connection in their wireless machine.

So, 7th April 1947, a crowd of 16,621 at Boundary Park
Lambton
Corbett, Woodbridge
Stirland, Bycroft, McFarlane
Kirkcaldie, Owens, Jordan, Todd, Maddison

Can Rovers get back on track after only drawing last week after 10 wins in a row?

I reckon they'll scrape a 1-0 win.......
I wonder if Paul Todd will manage to get his 20th of the season today, 20 in 33 games wouldn't be too bad for our 2nd top goalscorer this season.

BRR - absolutely brilliant that you brought up a 1946-7 match at Oldham today - see Amazing Stat thread on main board.
