I think it's time that Cook stepped down from the captaincy and the ODI team, stick the Tests, he's a walking wicket in the ODI's, anyone else that plays as bad as he has would have been dropped by now

I just can't believe how stubborn and deluded he is - I have no doubt that in his mind he believes that him being the captain is our best option. Which is why it needs the management to make the firm move and push him aside - unfortunately can't see that happening so we will go to the World Cup significantly weaker than we could be.
Not sure there are any stand out options as captain - possibly Morgan in the short term and at least it couldn't have an adverse effect on his form given he is in worse nick than Cook. Think Root has been very impressive recently but would be wary of giving him too much too soon.
