I wish I hadn't logged on now....

Still, I'll have to log off by 4 as I've got to taxi Alex around.

Is Copps playing then?

New guy looks like a workhorse. Wellens and Main having shockers again.

Can't fault McCoombe either.

I get so frustrated with him. I would drop him and play Razak if we manage to sign him

How many times have we hit the woodwork in the last couple of months? 8? 10?

We must practise it Billy, this team should be doing better :(

I agree Hoola. Fine margins though. A couple of three of those going in and we'd be in a very different position.

Fine margins indeed, I haver known us to be so dominant with so little reward. This team/squad should be in the P/Offs at the very least.

I haver known us to be so dominant with so little reward.

Those first couple of years in the championship were pretty bad. Dominated games in terms of possession, passing and pitch position but just couldn't convert into goals/wins/points. I think there have been quite a few matches this year that has been reminiscent of those seasons.

Keegan off. Dickov hit the self destruct button again

0-2. We are not a play off team.

Still think we are , we have some excellent players..............we need some luck. Strikers still not working in synch and we lack leadership on the pitch.

There you go again ...blame Dickov . It's pathetic

What would you have done then ?

We're one of the lowest scoring teams in the league, so we can almost certainly forget about the play-offs. Simple as. Dickov knows this and tried to get a striker in.

Start with 5 in midfield for a start. Control the game and wear them down. Now we have got a target man he can hold the ball up whilst the midfield players like Forrester and Furman can run past him to open gaps. Go 4-4-2 of we're struggling.

Not sure how Main got a start today on his current form

See I'm not fussed about the play offs or promotion this season because if it did happen, we would get mullered in the championship next season. For me it was all about steadying the ship.
I'd like to see this team develop for the rest of the season with a view to fine tuning and strengthening in the summer and having a real go at automatic. Chill boys and girls
