it was a game for charity but some was booing when PD came out at the start it was out of order in such an occasion in my view

I want dickov out, but if that occurred today then it was TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER
Even if it was intended to be banter, it could easily be seen by many not to be and what they wanted.
It was Coppinger's day today and he's worked hard to make today a success,with many ex players and staff turning up not just because they appreciate Jamie as a player and a gentleman, but I suspect also they all have a love for DRFC

Agreed I heard a few boos when he came out, im not his biggest fan, but it was out of order.

And got roundly booed himself. From that point on, I made sure I gave Louis plenty of 'ooo's. Admittedly, they can sound an awful lot like 'boos', but hey, I can't help the English language, now can I!?!??

Any boos to Louis/1D fans and/or Dickov, were merely jeers and well-meant banter. Wind your neck in, Vicar, sit down, have a wee dram, and just chill.

I actually don't believe the booing was ever at Louis. I understood it to be friendly banter towards the screaming pre-pubes who howled like banshees every time some prat with a mic said the words "Louis" and "Tomlinson" in close proximity. Like me, I think the vast majority of DRFC would recognise this lad as genuine and "boy done good" - nowt wrong with a bit of aspiration and success...shame a few more don't have such drive.

Who was the other lad in the coat that took a pen at half time? The little girls went berserk so I'm guessing he was another member of the Osmonds?

I didnt realise it was fancy dress yesterday, yet there were loads of green eyed monsters in the crowd.

I think a lot of it is down to jealousy.

My granddaughter said it was Liam Payne of 1D. I'd never heard of him but she was over the moon.
