Regards the Fozzie incident in Cyprus,I guess if Fozzie was the manager and DP was a player,then Penney would have been made to leave and fozzie stay.

The Plods will now have his mugshot, his fingerprints and his DNA all nicely packaged up and stored away on a couple of anonymous hard discs somewhere. So don't do anything you might regret Dave.

think he needs to organise a good "defence"

on a more serious note i was checking out a notts forest midfielder who it seems is going on a season long loan to Scunny  (Robins had him on loan at Huddersfield)

the useful bit ??  seems to be

Lord De Val? Mind you, he spent so much time on the bench you could be forgiven for thinking he was a judge!

As for Dave Penney, I think I would recommend a guilty plea and strong reference to previous good character.
