Thanks for the link to the news about the BOGOF offer on tea on the Gills site.

I found this preview there with a little more focus on the match ;)

Not confident at all. I'll be surprised with anything other than a home win.

1-1 all the way for me, with Williams to net one early on.

And just seen this on twitter:
"Gillingham have won their last 5 home league games - they have not won 6 in a row since March to May 2000."

So that's them fooked

Not bad 11 that, Copps and Williams rested on Tuesday, Gobern unknown, and Evina was my motm on Tuesday.

Options on the bench too - we can have increasing confidence in our young players, but N'Guessan and Stewart offer something different, great to see Keegs there too.

Well Gobern should have that debut enthusiasm. I think we could be given a runaround if we don't stop the supply from wide areas.

I have a feeling they'll be up to it today and come away with a creditable draw.

I've a feeling Gills will be up for it big time too. This is exactly the kind of must win match if they are going to make a promotion bid. Could be a very lively game with more than a few incidents - looking forward to it  :scarf:

We sound okay then Dickov makes a tactical change and all of a sudden Gillingham sound comfortable.

Genius.

Thats how it sounds. The man is clueless but no doubt some will dwell on our bad luck once again.  Please get rid of this clown.

Don't know how you can say its a poor performance and a tactically useless performance if you're not even there

You don't have to be at the game to get a sense of how it's gone.

The officials can affect games, unfortunately Dickov can't.

Yes our manager can't affect games

Always good to hear what you'd have done different.

It's his bloody team!!!!!

It's pointless moaning without any suggestions.

Ah well, be interesting to see the goal.

You're having a laugh, listened to a different game? The only thing that separates the Rovers from the team at the top of the league is two bits of controversial refereeing

I dont have alot of money and watching rovers is something I love.  It used to take all the troubles of the week away.

Cant sayI have gotten that much enjoyment over the past few years whilst Paul Dickov has been there

Dickov's got a ready make excuse. We've been poor, Gillingham deserve 3 points. Another tactically useless performance.
were u at the game today? He got the tactics spot on but for a poor descion we would have got a good point, the players heads went down after the goal he had no choice to make changes

b*llocks! Take a logic pill son. If we'd have had those two decisions go our way we'd be 10th.

I've tried to listen via Rovers Player. I thought they'd improved the service. Stop starting, minutes of silence and missed the last 5 minutes as couldn't get online. It's been a waste of my money for the last few seasons.

I haven't renewed for the last 18 months. It is dreadful. Shame really as if it was half decent I would gladly subscribe. But not until they get pro commentators and a reliable service.

Well reasoned summary there, thanks.

It interests me, out of all the shouting and fantasy football managers just what the genuine affect on the football supporters is.

I'm not convinced thats right .... our away following certainly seems to have dropped.

Maybe, but away followings always seem to be smaller in august.
We definitely had poor gates when we won the league, the average is manipulated by the notts county game

We shouldn't be relying on ref's decisions to get something out of a game.

Neither should we be expecting ref decisions to get us nothing out of the game
