If and its a big if and I am not saying I think DF should go,my opinion is forget applicants that have been there and had there share of ups and downs go for new blood someone that wants to be a success in management give someone a chance it worked with penny,and judging on our recent results could have worked with Jones

Yet again I point out it's no good saying this in hindsight. There was only support for Jones at the time by a very few hardy bunch of us.

The process is not the one I would have gone for, if not Jones I would have looked to have head hunted a manager already in a job. Otherwise you end up with the best talker at the interview.
