Alright guys
I am competing in the South Downs 100km Endurance walk on the 25th June which involves walking the whole 100km in under 36 hours. The charity I am raising money for is the Everyman Male Cancer charity, the reason being prostate cancer is running through the men in my family like wildfire and it terrifies me that my son, at some point could be affected by this.
I am by no means an experienced walker I only took it up a few months ago when I signed up to do this, and last weekend completed my first 25 mile walk around the Yorkshire wolds, my legs felt like they were gonna fall off towards the end but it was good practice, I have a just giving page if anyone wants to donate, just go on the just giving website and search Paul Plowright and you can read a bit more about what I am doing
Thanks

Alright fellas
For anyone interested me and our kid completed a 36 mile trek yesterday in preparation for the big 100km walk we are doing in 3 weeks time! My knees feel like an 85 year olds, feet are ripped to shreds and I'll not go into the ring sting I'm experiencing! It's all in aid of the Everyman male cancer charity! So if you can spare a few quid please do!
Thanks

Just letting you know I started my challenge at 8am Saturday morning and we walked through the day and night and then back into the day and we finally completed it at 12:30pm Sunday, 62 miles in total and I raised almost £700 for the Everyman male cancer charity
